The taste of the Janda


Our cuisine is based on the restlessness and curiosity to seek new gastronomic experiences anywhere in the world. Travel after trip we bring new ideas to our stoves in Vejer de la Frontera and merge them with Conil products and the La Janda area.
In each new recipe we tried to transfer the feeling we had on the visit to that country, to that restaurant or to that tasquita that we discovered almost without realizing it. The truth is that we like our work, and not only for travel and culinary discoveries, but also in everyday life in the kitchen, in the care of food, the raw material, the creation of each recipe and, above all, for the reaction of our traveling visitors who feel at home when they visit us.
