It´s based on the curiosity in finding new gastronomic experiences in whatever world’s place. As we travelled, we found and brought new ideas to our kitchen in Vejer de la Frontera and merged with products of Conil and the zone of La Janda.

In every new recipe we try to express the feeling we had during our visit to this and that country, restaurants or “tascas” (bars) that we discovered without being awared. To be honest, we love our job and not only for our trips and culinary findings, but also for our day to day in the kitchens, for food’s care, for the quality of materials, creation of every recipe and, most of all, for our visitors’ reaction, who feel at home in our place.

Taste of La Janda

Vejer de la Frontera is placed on La Janda area, a zone that shares with other locations such as Alcalá de los Gazules, Barbate, Benalup-Casas Viejas, Conil de la Frontera, Medina-Sidonia y Paterna de Rivera. La Janda has some of the gastronomic richness most important of the zone, mainly referred to agriculture and cattle, so are Conil famous vegetables and delicious meat from Retinto.
